R.U.T.H services- ( Reaching Out To Help Others ) Is a service where we have elder citizens share their life stories and testimonies with younger women and vice versa. We try to allow the women to be open/transparent to receive the wisdom and knowledge these ladies has to offer. Putting some old with the new is always a good thing. There's never one good way of doing anything.

Teaches women how to prepare and cook meal nutritional meals. Also sharing tips and recipes with each other in the kitchen.

                                   Helps women how to manage their finances better.

Cleanliness goes with feeling good about yourself. Doing daily chores may be a chore to many. But I'll show you ways of how sorting/cleaning laundry can be fun. Keeping your floors clean just takes a splash of water/cleaner.

Teresa Schofield speaks to women from a platform of serenity. She provides a surrounding for women to feel they can be honest and transparent with themselves and others about struggles in their lives.  She propose the question to the ladies  what  the next steps are for them to be able to move forward in life.  It's all about knowing who you are. You can't move forward without knowing this part of your life. Once women identify with who they really are they are now able to conquer their fears and visions. After these session(s) women  are  very positive, energized and movitivated to move forward.
